Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy

Veronne is committed to offering high-quality products to customers worldwide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or identify a defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return under the following conditions:

1. Return for Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can choose between a full refund or store credit for future purchases.

The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use (such as stains, scratches, or marks). Once the item is received and analyzed, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.

  • If the return is due to a Véronne error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Defective Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange for an identical item within 30 calendar days of receipt.

For visible defects, such as broken glass/display, scratches, or missing parts, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos of the received package.

Important: We do not offer refunds for defective products; only replacement.

3. Warranty

All Veronne products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt.

To request a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service via email (contact@shopveronne.com) or chat on our Facebook or Instagram page, providing your order number and a written description of the issue.

You must provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect, along with the product's original packaging.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage after purchase;
  • Damage caused by liquids or impact;
  • Unauthorized repair attempts;
  • Damage to the strap or accessories;
  • Reduced battery life.
